We built the AirMessage app as a free app. This server is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding the policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use this service.

If you choose to use this service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that AirMessage collects is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.

Information collection and use

For a better experience, while using AirMessage, the app may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information that the app requests is retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

The list of this information includes, but is not limited to:

• Contacts access
  Used to display contact information from your address book, such as names and profile images
• Microphone access
  Used to record audio messages as per the user’s request
• Location access
  Used to support for sending and viewing location messages to other users

If AirMessage’s online services are used, messaging data (such as message text, attachment files, email addresses, and phone numbers) is passed through AirMessage’s servers to sync between AirMessage devices. AirMessage’s online services do not read or save any messaging data. All messaging data is only accessible by devices owned by the user, as well as Apple.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log data

We want to inform you that whenever you use this service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called log data. This log data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

Security

All network traffic between AirMessage devices is encrypted. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and thus we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
